Requirements
Role Purpose: Drive revenue growth in the mid- and large-corporate segments by acquiring and activating new clients. Take ownership of the full B2B sales cycle, contribute to sales strategy execution, and support the expansion of the EWA product as well as other fintech solutions across key verticals. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a qualified pipeline of mid-sized and large business leads through out bound prospecting, referrals, and events. - Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client challenges and business opportunities. - Deliver compelling pitches and product demos, and close deals with key decision-makers (HR Managers, Operations Heads, Finance Managers). - Ensure smooth handover and client activation following deal closure. - Track account engagement and collaborate with the CSU (Customer Success Unit) to drive retention and adoption. - Cultivate strong client relationships to unlock long-term partnerships and upsell opportunities. - Partner with marketing to execute localized campaigns and targeted outreach to the mid-market. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of deal stages, next steps, and client data in the CRM. - Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting insights, blockers, and forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years in B2B sales, ideally in fintech, HR tech, HR tech, or employee benefits solutions.
- Confident communicator and deal-closer with mid/Big market Size clients.
- Results-driven, analytical, and highly collaborative.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
