Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
7+ years of experience in performance management, operations analysis, or compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Management role.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and regulatory compliance standards within the industry.
Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, advanced Excel, and strong leadership abilities.
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Compliance Certification (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Define and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and quality improvement programs across all business units.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, reviewing performance outputs and providing regular reports to senior management.
Ensure all operational procedures comply with legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Map current workflows to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues and potential risks.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process optimizations to increase efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and coach the Performance & Operations Analyst and Compliance Analyst.
Liaise with internal departments and, if necessary, external regulatory bodies.
