Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

7+ years of experience in performance management, operations analysis, or compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Management role.

Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and regulatory compliance standards within the industry.

Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, advanced Excel, and strong leadership abilities.

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Compliance Certification (e.g., CCEP) is a plus. 

- Any graduate with diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management
- Age between 28 to 35
- At least (3) years experienced in related field

- Demonstrated success in leading HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management
