Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's based in Economics or LCCI level II

• Understanding of financial and accounting terms in English

• Experience in accounting or Management & Information Systems/Software

• At least 1-year experience in financial management, accounting, or a related position

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel 

• Experience in Microfinance is desirable but not required

Responsibilities

o Cash Advances Management - Encoding cash advances for saving withdrawals or 

disbursements expenses and return advance 

o Expenditures Management - Encoding transfers money to petty cash and encodes expenditure 

1. Group management - Updating/ creating new groups, assigning a new Field Officer to a group 

2. Partner management - Creating new partners, editing a partner, Partner group transfer, Partner exist 

3. Savings Management - Creating a saving transaction, modifying a saving transaction, Other saving transactions, Payment of saving interests, closing a saving account 

4. Loan Management - prepare loan application, approval, contract and schedule printing, loan Utilization check, loan collection by cash, Early repayment, Delinquency management, Loan rescheduling, Loan write-off, Loan recovery 

5. Social Performance data encode 

6. Day Closure, closing the day before BA leaves the branch office, closing the day when BA is absent due to late return from the Field of FOs

7. Responsibility for the SOO Operational cash fund and petty cash.

8. Checking and updating of daily cash position for operational cash, including regular cash counts

9. Physical check monthly & quarterly Fixed Assets

10. Work under Finance Department

11. Assist Branch Manager, Internal Audit, External audit, and Liaison with the other employees
