4. Microsoft Word, Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

5. အသက် 18 မှ 30 အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။

6. Recruitment & Selection ကိစ္စရပ်များကူညီဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

7. Attendance, Leave, နှင့်ပတ်သတ်သည်များလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။

8. Admin ပိုင်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သောကိစ္စရပ်များကို လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

9. HR Certificate (or) HR Diploma ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
