Responsibilities

• Effectively and professionally follow up on product delivery and payment collection (Operation Team).
• Must be able to prepare and submit daily reports detailing the status of each sales order—from order placement to payment completion.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer support.
