Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a service or assembly role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using service management software and MS Office applications..
Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the assembly and service team.
- Ensure that all assembly processes are performed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Supervise and guide assembly technicians in their daily tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to assembly and service issues, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Monitor performance metrics to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for assembly staff to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product quality and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, service requests, and customer interactions.
- Participate in inventory management to ensure sufficient stock levels of parts and materials for assembly.
