Requirements

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Machinery Company located in Mandalay. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

-Proven 5 experience in human resources or a related field
-Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
-Bachelor's degree and Diploma Human Resources Management or Development
