Requirements
- Bachelor Degree. Degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or Business (preferred).
- 5+ years in facility management, childcare, or hotel or entertainment venues and 2+years' experience as management positions.
- Strong leadership skills and team management skills.
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have knowledge of child safety and play area management.
- Ability to multitasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the playground, including opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure all play areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe.
- Monitor capacity and manage crowd control during peak hours.
- Conduct regular inspections of play structures, toys, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., OSHA, local guidelines).
- Train staff on safety protocols and first aid/CPR (if required).
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise play attendants, party hosts, and cleaning staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for children and parents.
