Requirements
* Diploma in HRM or Certificate in HRM more preferred.
* Fresher also can apply. (Having experience in HR/Admin field more preferred).
* Can use MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Can communicate in English.
* Excellent communication Skills & Time-management skills.
Working Hours: 𝟗:𝟑𝟎𝐀𝐌 - 𝟓:𝟑𝟎𝐏𝐌 (𝐨𝐫) 𝟏𝟎:𝟎𝟎𝐀𝐌 - 𝟔:𝟎𝟎𝐏𝐌 (1Day off Per week)
Location: 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲
Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Selection Process.
* Be able to prepare HR related documents such as Registration Form, Resignation Letter, Employee records (attendance, leave, personal information) and process HR flow independently.
* Implement HR Data & Reports in a timely manner.
* To support HR Strategy and implementing various HR initiatives.
* Perform other duties assigned by Department Manager.
