Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience (experience in consulting, certification, or professional services is an advantage).

- Exposure to dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers.

- Basic knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage (training can be provided).

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English required.

Responsibilities

-Identify, generate, and follow up on B2B leads for ISO consulting and certification services.

- Present ISO standards and compliance solutions to corporate clients and conduct introductory meetings and basic requirement assessments.

- Prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on commercial discussions to support monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, managers, QA/QC teams, and compliance officers.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned prospects and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project handover.

- Support client retention, repeat business, and referrals.

- Identify new industries, markets, and opportunities for ISO services.

- Participate in seminars, workshops, networking events, and represent UPLYFT360° in business forums.

- Collect market and competitor insights and maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and documentation.
