Requirements

- Degree in Life Sciences or Science (MBBS/ BDS/ B. Pharm/ B. Sc) with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Supervisor/ ASM.
- Self-motivated and self-starter individual with good communication skills in English & Myanmar Languages.
- Demonstrate good managerial skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

- Implement marketing plans in the assigned territories through a team of Medical Representatives and achieve predetermined business objectives.
- Effectively supervise the team of medical representatives and ensure sales process implementations align with the agreed plans.
- Manage Relationships with Key Opinion Leaders / Healthcare Professionals.
- Carry out effective joint field work with team members, and provide on-the- job training to Medical Representatives with a focus on people and territory I development.
- Effectively coach each team member and ensure their personal development.
