Requirements

🚩Qualifications & Experience
• Any Bachelor degree and  Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience in a trading company, Construction, automotive spare parts, lubricant industry, 
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

🚩Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
• Manage overseas procurement of cosmetics, lubricants, Medicine and tractor spare parts.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions.
• Implement cost-saving and value-optimization initiatives.
Vendor Management
• Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, and service).
Inventory & Demand Planning
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to forecast demand.
• Control inventory levels to avoid overstocking and stock shortages.
• Optimize lead times and reorder points for all product categories.
Logistics Coordination
• Ensure on-time delivery of goods according to agreed schedules.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance reports for management review.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.
