Requirements

• Candidates with trading industry experience will be given preference.

• Must be able to check inventory stock on a daily basis.

• Should have knowledge of loan processes.

• Must have experience in taxation.

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred) and/or be pursuing or have completed professional certification such as LCCI Level III (advantageous).

• Proficient in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Must be able to work under pressure with strong communication skills and good interpersonal abilities.

• Must be a good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Candidates with experience in export/import operations will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing inward & outward remittance and earnings reports.

• Prepare monthly summaries for each warehouse inventory.

• Verify debit & credit vouchers and record daily transactions using Excel.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports.
