Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling or cashier roles
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and transaction recording.
• Strong math skills for budget and other financial calculations.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

Responsibilities
• Process payments for tuition, fees, and other university-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate daily balancing of cash, check, and card transactions, reconciling with financial records.
• Perform end-of-day and monthly reconciliations of all cash accounts and submit daily reports to the Finance Department
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in cash accounts, reporting significant variances to the Head of Finance.
• Ensure all cash-handling procedures comply with university financial policies and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, generating reports as required for auditing and financial analysis.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the Head of Finance.
