Requirements

- Network Engineering Certificate
-  Practical A+
-  Other relevant IT certificate
-  Above 2 year experience with POS software systems

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to erp POS software system, wireless access point ,network printing and file sharing system.
-  Provide IT support and troubleshooting for both head office and branches, remotely and on-site when necessary.
-  Maintain and monitor IT hardware and software upgrades and network performance.
-  Implement and monitor system security measures, including antivirus and firewall protocols.
-  Installing , moving and setting up user’s PC workstations.
- Monitoring HO, Warehouse, Retail shops all user computer servicing & maintaining and Daily checking network security & inbound and outbound rules system 

 

Working hour - 9:00AM to 5:30PM

Off day - Sunday + gazetted holiday
