- Minimum 2 years in sales administration area.
- Must be able to use Advance Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Can Work under pressure.
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Incentive Calculation , Monthly Sample Stock Control and Prepare working days file and report to HR.
- Cash Book and Monthly Expenses Calculation and Promo Materials.
- Must be able to work on daily sales report & Monthly sales report.
- Preparing Monthly & Quarter incentive Scheme format, Group Sales format and other.
- Support the necessary requirement to Sales Manager and Sales and Marketing team with department operation.
