Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
- 2+ years in channel management, sales, or business development. 
- Proven ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and build long-term partnerships. 
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis. 
- Flexibility to travel for partner/stakeholder meetings.
- Salary (450,000) & incentive (200,000)/ 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM / Hlaing (MICT Park).


Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute road-to-market strategies for new and existing products. 
2.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. 
3.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely product launches and market alignment. 
4.Analyze market data and competitor trends to identify opportunities and resolve bottlenecks. 
5. Monitor KPIs to measure strategy success and adapt approaches as needed.
