✔ Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Commercial Diploma preferred)
✔ Experience as Reinsurance Supervisor / Manager or related role in Insurance Industry
✔ Strong documentation and reporting skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
✔ Good English communication skill (Level 4)
✔ Strong communication, organizational and management skills
✔ Willing to travel locally and work overtime if required

💰 Salary – Negotiable
🕘 Working Time – Mon to Fri (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
🕘 Saturday – Half Day

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

▪ Manage reinsurance-related operations and documentation
▪ Prepare documents for underwriting, policy issuing, binding slip and RFP
▪ Handle yearly renewal of reinsurance applications to regulators
▪ Liaise with clients, vendors and internal departments
▪ Prepare reinsurance progress reports for management
▪ Issue legal documentation such as policy wording and terms & conditions
▪ Prepare monthly Bordereaux report (premium payable / receivable & commission update)
