Requirements

MBBS, B.Pharm, Med Tech, or BDS required.

Candidates must possess relevant product experience.

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within the medical Device or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

-       Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, policies, and targets to drive business growth.

-       Oversee daily operations, team performance, financial planning, and execution to ensure productivity.

-       Provide training and ongoing development for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and effectiveness.

-       Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

-       Execute sales visits to healthcare facilities, promote products, and address customer feedback.

-       Plan and manage marketing events, digital campaigns, and product presentations.

-       Prepare and review quotations, contracts, and tender proposals for business opportunities.

-       Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, and suppliers.

-       Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with procurement for stock management.

-       Handle customer complaints, ensure satisfaction, and implement improvement actions based on feedback.

-       Maintain accurate sales and market data and submit performance and market analysis reports to management.
