Requirements
• Any Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student affairs, student services, counseling, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A student-centered and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and student management systems.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and implement student engagement activities, events, and programs (e.g., orientation, clubs, cultural events, sports, leadership programs).
• Serve as a point of contact for students regarding academic, personal, or behavioral concerns, offering guidance and referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to support student success and retention initiatives.
• Assist in organizing student development programs such as workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
• Manage student clubs and associations, ensuring active participation and effective coordination.
• Monitor and address student discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution in coordination with university policies.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare necessary reports related to student affairs.
• Support student housing and accommodation matters (if applicable).
• Facilitate communication between students and university administration.
• Promote student leadership opportunities and coordinate student elections and representative bodies.
• Ensure compliance with university regulations, policies, and codes of conduct.
• Contribute to planning and execution of university ceremonies and special events.
• Provide administrative support for scholarship programs and financial aid where necessary.
• Support international students with integration, orientation, and cultural adjustment programs.
