-At least 1year experience in arrangement and supporting to GM, Director, CEO
-High Skills in English including presentation, emailing and translating
-Good in English (4 Skills)
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Application and basic office equipment
-Must be Good at Communication, reporting, negotiation and time management skill
-Can drive is more preferable


Responsibilities

-Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Assist in preparing meeting minutes and report to director.
-Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy document retrieval.
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
-Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
-Perform administrative and personal support tasks as required
-Maintain confidential records and documentation.
