Leads a sales team to achieve targets by managing distribution, ensuring product visibility (planograms/merchandising), coaching reps in the field, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with marketing/logistics for promotions, inventory, and execution in retail outlets, focusing on team development and hitting sales goals within a specific territory.
