Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (with a focus on digital, IT, or SaaS solutions).
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to manage client relationships independently from lead generation through to contract signing.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, maintain a pipeline, and drive sales meetings.
- SmartPost AI Sales: Present demos, explain product value, and close subscription deals.
- AI Consulting & Implementation Sales: Understand client needs, propose AI-driven solutions, and manage deal progression.
- App/System Development Sales: Collect client requirements, collaborate with the development team, prepare proposals, and handle contract execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage inquiries, support payment collection, renewals, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Service Expansion: Support the sales of new services/products and adapt to evolving company offerings.
