Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities    
•    Make outbound calls to promote pharmacy products and services to customers or medical institutions.
•    Record and update customer data and sales information in the system accurately.
•    Follow up with clients regarding orders, prescriptions, and delivery schedules.
•    Support pharmacists and the sales team by generating qualified leads.
•    Ensure all communications comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
