Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical or related field.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.

Understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.

Leadership and supervisory skills (for senior/lead roles).

Responsibilities

Manage Production Plan according to Manager's Production Plan Order.

Monthly productivity and usage or Raw Materials report to manager.

RM scale gate hopper and Chronos load cell calibration system.

Make up, Ink, Cleaner and spare parts order for Ink Jet Machine.

Follow up on safety work and prepare a Power Point Presentation for the suggestions of the safety committee.

Maintain and repair the PLC system and machinery.

SCADA control, daily payment calculation for workers, record for machine check List.

Checking mixing conditions, packaging conditions, manufacturing and expired date printing.

Control working conditions of general workers.

Ability to strictly and effectively follow instructions and directions form management.

Must consistently comply with all company rules and regulations.
