Requirements

    Any Graduate
•    Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
•    Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
•    Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
•    Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
•    Exquisite communication and people skills
•    Who Can Work Under Pressure
•    Having experience in relevant field will be plus bonus, but freshers are also welcome
•    Age between 20 to 30 years old
•    Must preferable the candidate who can join long-term period
•    Must have strong learning, interpersonal, and communication skills
•    Must have at least Basic English level or above


Responsibilities

•    Interpret and process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner
•    Resolve order queries
•    Customer relationship development
•    Accept incoming calls and actively promote our service
•    Deal with a variety of different queries from customers
•    Ensure all data are entered on the correct account code
•    Show potential customers around the social media
•    Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments & process counter sales
•    Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs
•    Provide cover to other departments undertaking all related duties
•    Process collection requests within company policy
•    Act as an ambassador for the company when meeting customers and create an excellent impression
•    Claiming voucher process
