Requirements
¯ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related
¯ 2+ years experiences in marketing, preferably in courier, logistics, e-commerce, or tech service sectors
¯ Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools
¯ Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shop.com.mm, Facebook Shops) is a plus
¯ Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Myanmar and English
¯ Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
¯ Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns (Digital, Print, POS, Events)
¯ Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
¯ Drive inbound leads through paid and organic campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
¯ Work with the sales team to generate and nurture leads from SMEs, online sellers, and corporate
¯ clients
¯ Monitor conversion funnels and report on performance metrics
¯ Build email campaigns for promotions, onboarding, and client engagement
¯ Support promotions for express services like “International Express”, “Cash on Delivery”, “Ecommerce
¯ Fulfillment”
¯ Coordinate with e-commerce sellers and marketplaces for co-branded promotions
¯ Help create sales kits, flyers, presentations, and branded materials
¯ Analyze digital performance: reach, engagement, click-through, conversions
¯ Generate campaign reports and customer insights
¯ Gather customer feedback to improve offerings
