Requirements

Any Graduate  degree.

A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience specifically within the logistics sector is required.

Responsibilities

Stock Accountant on Site (Job Responsibilities)

 

Stock Verification and Management

Regularly check and verify physical stock quantities against recorded inventory data.

Systematically record all incoming and outgoing goods.

Ensure the accuracy of receipts, invoices, and financial records related to inventory movements.

Accounting and Reporting

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to the relevant departments.

Investigate and report on any stock discrepancies, such as shortages or surpluses.

Correct any errors that may occur during the stock recording process.

General Duties

Provide support on all accounting matters within the logistics process.

Ensure compliance with all stock-related accounting policies and procedures.
