Requirements

1.     More than 5 years of experience in ICT/IT/Network/Telecom areas.

2.     Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer science or a similar major (electronics, communications, physics, mathematics, etc.).

3.     Experience in RFID/CCTV design and implementation of others and history of similar career position. (At least 5 years-experience in a similar position or team lead).

4.     Ability to manage resources effectively, prioritize issues and work under pressure during busy periods to meet project objective and deadlines.

5.     Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong business focus. English language is a "Must"

6.     Prepared to travel.

Highly Desirables:

1.     Possession of a relevant certificate, diploma, or degree preferably in Administration or Document Management.

2.     Possession of relevant experiences preferably in the construction industry, or ICT industry.

Responsibilities

**Special Note: This is National Project and will be working on tender supervision team with Korean Company as well.**

1.      Reporting to Project Manager and Chief Manager for day to day operation and progress status of Network Infrastructure Installation.

2.      Providing supervisory work on all activities related to network design, equipment purchases, installation, and testing related with interconnection connectivity infrastructure of the servers, OS, Applications, storage, backup, and replication among the sites.

3.      Collaborate with other departments or organizations to coordinate resources for the projects/support.

4.      Regular review and keep track of the project progress and related components of network.

 5.      Supervision on RFID/CCTV Infrastructure Design

·        Review, correct and approve for the Detailed RFID/CCTV design for 113 RFID sites (223 poles), 57 Vehicle Registration Offices, three (3) control centers, and main data center

·        Network design for the RFID Data Collection System and DB

·        Network design for CCTV Data Collection System and DB

 

6.      Supervise on Network Interconnectivity installation & testing

·        Manages design, BMT (PoC), purchase, and installation testing for installation of RFID readers, antennas, tags, and tag printers.

·        Manages design, purchase, and installation testing for installation of ANPR/Evidence camera, Radar light, Controller, AVR, UPS, etc.)

 

7.      Coordinate with Hardware (Equipment/System) design and Installation

·        Communication Network for the RFID Data Collection System and DB

·        Communication Network for CCTV Data Collection System and DB

·        Communication Network for Applications System and DB

 

8.      Training & Handover

·        Supervise and review the training documents, training plan and training delivery on the use of the Network Infrastructure for RTAD/local office operators

 

 

9.      Validation & Verification

·        Prepare and lead Validation & Verification for Unit Test, System Test, Integration test, Information Interlocking Test, UAT, Comprehensive Test, and Trial Test.

 

10.   Ensure the Mission and Vision, strategy and business plan are understood by all team members.

11.   Contribute to the success and assist in improving the overall project delivery and implementation.

12.   Undertake other duties as required.
