Age Above 30 Years Old
Experience - Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the logistics and warehousing industry.
Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Other Qualifications - Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Language Skill - Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Computer Skill - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Other Skills - Interpersonal and effective communication skills. Market and data analysis. Good communication & be able to travel.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Contract Logistics (Warehousing, Distribution).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
Experience in preparing and managing tenders and contract negotiations with corporate clients.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers.
Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and Transport teams to ensure service excellence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction levels.
Strong leadership abilities, including experience coaching and managing a sales team.
Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and customer retention objectives.
Prepare regular sales performance and pipeline reports for management review.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.
