Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related IT
field.
• Knowledge of IT system and infrastructure administration.
• Knowledge of IT support standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Digital Ocean.
• Familiarity with Office 365 Global Administration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat assessment, vulnerability
management, and incident response.
• Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and implementation.
• Ability to manage IT projects effectively.
• Experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
• Ability to manage relationships with IT vendors.
Responsibilities
- IT Support: Overall technical support to staff and clients. Overall resolution of IT related issues and problems.
- IT System and Infrastructure Administration: Office 365 Global Administration. Office network and CCTV installation, configuration and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure. Oversee monitoring of system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Oversee IT vendor management. Ensure adequate business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Cyber security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's IT assets.
- Project Management: Manage IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage the IT budget. Monitor expenses and optimize resource utilization.
- People management: Recruit, train, and develop IT staff. Set goals, provide feedback, and recognize achievements. Implement strategies to retain top talent.
