Requirements

• အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအဆင့်အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်၊၊ 
• အနည်းဆုံး (၅) နှစ် ခန့် Graphic Designer ရာထူးဖြင့် အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) ကို အဆင့်မြင့် ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma စသည့် Tool များ တတ်ကျွမ်းရမည်၊၊ 
• Typography, Color Theory, Composition စသည့် ဒီဇိုင်းအခြေခံများကို နက်ရှိုင်းစွာ နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Print Production နှင့် Digital Design အတွက် Technical Specification များကို သိရှိနားလည်ရမည်။
• မိမိ၏ဒီဇိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အယူအဆများကို ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ရှင်းပြနိုင်ရမည်။
• ဒီဇိုင်း၏ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်တိုင်းကို ဂရုတစိုက်လုပ်တတ်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ဒီဇိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို ဖန်တီးဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

Responsibilities

• Brand Identity (Logo, Color Palette, Typography) ၊ ဒီဂျီတယ်ကမ်ပိန်းများ (Social Media Graphics, Web Banners) ၊ ပုံနှိပ်ထုတ်ဝေမှုများ (Brochures, Packaging, Billboards) အပါအဝင် ဒီဇိုင်းအမျိုးအစားစုံကို လက်တွေ့ဖန်တီးရမည်၊၊ 
• Creative Brief များကို နားလည်ပြီး ဗျူဟာကျသော ဒီဇိုင်းအဖြေများ ထုတ်ပေးရမည်၊၊
• ဒီဇိုင်း၏ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်နှင့် ဒီဇိုင်းအရည်အသွေး ကောင်းမွန်အောင် ကြိုးစားဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်၊၊ 
• ဒီဇိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အကြံဉာဏ်များပေးခြင်း၊ ဒီဇိုင်းအယူအဆများကို တင်ပြဆွေးနွေးရမည်၊၊ 
• ပရောဂျက်အလိုက် အချိန်ဇယားဆွဲပြီး စနစ်တကျ လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်၊၊ 
• ပရောဂျက်အားလုံး အရည်အသွေးမြင့်မားစွာဖြင့် အချိန်မီပြီးစီးရေး ကြိုးစား‌ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်၊၊ 
• နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို အထက်လူကြီးထံ အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြရမည်၊၊
