Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the mobile or electronics industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of mobile and electronic products and market dynamics.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative strategies to enhance the company's presence in the mobile and electronics industry. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business strategy.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new customer needs, and competitive activities.

Set short-term and long-term business goals in alignment with the company’s vision.

Partnerships and Collaboration:

Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.

Negotiate and secure contracts with key partners and stakeholders.

Build relationships with mobile and electronics brands to create collaborative opportunities.

Sales and Marketing:

Lead the sales team in identifying and closing high-value deals.

Oversee the launch of new products, promotional campaigns, and cross-marketing initiatives.

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, making adjustments as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction to retain clients.

Address customer feedback and ensure quick resolution of any issues.

Leverage CRM tools to manage client data and analyze trends.

Financial and Performance Reporting:

Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.

Manage the business development budget to optimize ROI.

Track KPIs to measure the success of strategies and campaigns.

Team Leadership and Training:

Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and business development team.

Foster a high-performance culture within the team.

Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and share updates.

 

Location        - Tamwe (Ocean Center ရှေ့)

Working Hour - 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Salary           - 10 Lakh (Depending on Experience)

Holiday         - Sunday နှင့် အစိုးရရုံးပိတ်ရက်
