Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Manage the GPS Installation and Technical Support Team.
Accurately maintain Stock Inventory for GPS devices and accessories.
Resolve customer requirements and complaints in a timely manner.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Report operational progress regularly to the CEO.
