Requirements

•             Any Degree holder

•             Preferable medical related degree (MBBS, B. Pharm, B.Med.Tech, B.N.Sc)

•             Leadership and team working skill

•             Highly motivated for new challenges

•             Minimum 2 to 3 Years experiences in pharmaceutical or medical device fields

•             Willing to work in hospital environment and interested in handling medical devices.

Responsibilities

•             Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules

•             Strategic sales planning to achieve sales target

•             Strong Relations with customers and communication skill

•             Regular visits to promote product information to Doctors, OT Nurses, Procurement Officers and Healthcare providers

•             Understand customer needs and offer solutions and supports

•             Mentoring and providing training sales team to develop the selling skill and strategic ideas

•             Weekly and monthly sales review and report regularly to Head of Department

•             Track and analyze market trend, product survey and giving advices to importation of new products

•             Good leading and management skills for sales team and must achieve sale target monthly and quarterly
