Strong knowledge of HR-Administrative Function
Requirements
§ Minimum 3 Year Experience in HR data management, HRIS administration, or a similar role.
§ Must be able to use basic accounting knowledge.
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills in the local language & 2nd Language in English
§ Must be able to learn quickly for different department job descriptions.
Responsibilities
ü Inputting, updating, and maintaining employee data (new hires, terminations, promotions) in the HRIS.
ü Generating reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee demographics, attendance, and leave for management.
ü Managing access rights, troubleshooting HRIS issues, and liaising with IT or software vendors
ü Ensuring employee data is secured and compliant with data protection laws and company policies.
ü Providing training and support to staff on how to use the HR Software
ü Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires, including initial paperwork and introductions.
ü Overseeing payroll processing, ensuring timely payment of wages, and administering employee benefits programs.
ü Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.
ü Prepare and submit regular reports to track HR performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
ü Monitoring HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
ü Handle correspondence, internal communication, and conflict resolution within the HR-Administrative scope
