Requirements

-Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and techniques.

-Measure and mix ingredients accurately using mixers, blenders, and other baking equipment.

-Monitor baking processes, adjusting temperatures and times as necessary to achieve desired results.

-Decorate and present baked items attractively, using glazes, icings, and other toppings.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

-Manage inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders to ensure adequate stock levels.

-Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and products that meet customer preferences and seasonal trends.

-Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and special requests professionally.

Responsibilities

-High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a culinary school or baking program is a plus.

-Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a bakery or food production environment.

-Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation.

-Knowledge of personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness is essential.

-Strong attention to detail and creativity in baking and decorating.

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
