Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

At least 1 years’ experience in technical role.

Knowledge in networking, software installation, desktop/network/system set-up, troubleshooting, backup, recovery and maintenance.

Hands-on experience with computer networks, network installation.

Strong technical knowledge of Computer OS, Hardware and Software and troubleshooting skills of others Peripherals devices.

Windows desktop operating system particularly Windows 7/8/10/11. Broad understanding of hardware and software applications.

 Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Office 365 Administration.

Responsibilities

Hardware troubleshooting support for computer and POS devices, etc.

Install & system upgrading such as UPS, power supply, CPU, memory, etc.

System output devices such as a printer, scanner, etc, installation and configuration, hardware drive installation, physical cleaning of the computer system, and servicing.

Operate system and standard office software troubleshooting support, Office 365 client’s configuration and troubleshooting, troubleshooting for operating system conflict and startup errors.

Ensure regular full system scans & virus definitions are updated, Repackage, reinstall & upgrading software if needed.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting support for Routers, Switches, WIFI APS, CCTV, VoIP, Access Control and other network devices.

Support IT Fixed Assets Inventory List and technical documents.

Monitor daily internet traffic analysis.

Daily report to IT Manager.

To perform other duties as assigned by HOD.
