Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management / Logistics / Supply Chain / Fisheries / related field).

-Distribution / Delivery / Logistics Management တွင် အနည်းဆုံး ၄–၆ နှစ်အတွေ့အကြုံ (GM / Senior Manager Level ဖြစ်ရမည်)

-အသက် ၄၀ မှ ၅၀ နှစ်အတွင်းရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

-Door to Door Delivery System၊ Cold Chain Logistics နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။

-Leadership၊ Decision Making၊ Problem Solving ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

-Budget Control နှင့် Cost Optimization ကို နားလည်နိုင်ရမည်။

-Communication & Negotiation Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

Responsibilities

- Door to Door, Distribution, Delivery Operations များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံကာ Customer Satisfaction နှင့် Service Quality ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။

- Distributor, Dealer, Agent များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး Product Delivery Network ကို တိုးချဲ့ခြင်း။

- Cold Chain, Warehouse, Inventory, Vehicle Management စနစ်များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းကာ Efficiency တိုးတက်အောင် စီမံခြင်း။

- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Delivery Plan များရေးဆွဲပြီး Customer Demand အပေါ်မူတည်၍ အချိန်မီ Delivery အတွက် ပြန်လည်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်။

- Transport Route Optimization, Fisheries Product Freshness, Hygiene, Quality Standards နှင့် Food Safety Regulations ကို စနစ်တကျ စောင့်ကြပ်ခြင်း။

- Customer Complaint များကို ဖြေရှင်းကာ Service Quality တိုးတက်အောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။

- Sales & Marketing Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းကာ Distribution Strategy များ ပြန်လည်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း။

-  Budget, Operational Cost, Fuel, Maintenance, Labor Cost ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ကာ Operation Cost vs Revenue ကို သုံးသပ်ပြီး အကျိုးအမြတ် တိုးတက်အောင် အကြံပြုချက်တင်ပြခြင်း။

-Staff Training, Performance Evaluation, KPI Setting နှင့် Distribution / Delivery Team ကို ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း။

- Daily / Monthly Distribution & Delivery Report များကို Managing Director ထံ တင်ပြခြင်း။

- Operation Problem များကို ချက်ချင်း ဖြေရှင်းပြီး System Improvement အတွက် Recommendation များပေးခြင်း။
