Requirements

Minimum 1 year in a procurement-related role/industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update purchase order and shipment status reports 
Submit weekly Confirmed PI Reports to relevant departments 
Update stock updates and coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
Verify packing lists and invoices for accuracy and submission 
Ensure timely procurement with the right quantity, quality, and cost 
Assist and collaborate with the procurement team for smooth operations
