- Experience (1) year, Prefer SRPS & Employment Agency Experience
- Must be thorough and accurate in working. Active to learn
- English - 4 Skill

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating the recruitment and selection of seafarers in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update crew databases, including personal details, certificates, medicals, and contracts.

Support the crewing team in arranging crew changes, including visa processing, flight bookings, and accommodation.

Ensure timely follow-up on expiring documents (certificates, passports, visas, etc.).

Prepare employment contracts, joining instructions, and other crewing-related documentation.

Assist in maintaining compliance with MLC 2006, STCW, and flag state requirements.

Maintain proper filing of crewing records (physical and digital).

Provide general administrative support to the Crewing Manager and team as needed.
