Requirements
• 3–5+ years in B2B sales (services industry preferred)
• Background in Banking / Insurance / Financial Services a plus
• Fluent English (spoken & written) is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Target-driven, professional, and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel regionally (Myanmar, Vietnam & Thailand)
Responsibilities
• Drive B2B sales strategy and achieve/exceed targets
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and retention
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Research markets and open new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client experience
• Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline hygiene
• Travel within Myanmar, Vietnam & Thailand for client meetings and events
