Requirements

•    Must have experience in the Garment/Apparel industry.
•    အထည်အလိပ်/အဝတ်အထည် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ မဖြစ်မနေရှိရမည်။
•    Must be proficient in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
•    အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာစကား ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
•    Must be proficient in computer usage (POS Systems, MS Excel/Office).
•    ကွန်ပျူတာ ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
•    Strong leadership and organizational skills.
•    Bachelor's Degree or related professional qualification preferred.
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

•    စတိုးဆိုင် ဌာနတခုလုံးကို ထိန်းချုပ်ရန်။ (Control the entire store unit and daily operations.)
•    Manage staff, sales targets, inventory, and customer service.
•    အရောင်း၊ ဝန်ထမ်း၊ စတော့နှင့် Customer Service ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပါ။
•    Handle all store documentation and reporting.
•    လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းနှင့် အစီရင်ခံစာများ ပြုစုခြင်းကို တာဝန်ယူပါ။
•    Ensure high standards of Visual Merchandising and store cleanliness.
•    Ensure stock levels are optimal and manage shrinkage.
•    စတော့အခြေအနေကို စောင့်ကြည့်၍ ကုန်ဆုံးရှုံးမှု လျှော့ချရန် စီမံခန့်ခွဲပါ။
•    Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
