Requirements

Education: B.Com + ACCA/CPA (MBA preferred)
Experience:    7+ years in finance (4+ in FMCG/manufacturing)
Proven leadership of finance teams
Age 40+
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

✔ Financial Leadership:
·        Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
·        Supervise accounting team (10+ staff)
·        Manage month-end closing processes
✔ Compliance & Control:
·        Ensure tax compliance (monthly/annually)
·        Coordinate internal/external audits
·        Maintain proper financial documentation
✔ Strategic Finance:
·        Develop cash flow forecasts
·        Analyze pricing and profitability
·        Implement cost optimization strategies
✔ Systems Management:
·        Oversee ERP system operations
·        Improve financial processes
