Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.

- Proven track record in leading supply chain initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

          - Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives.

          - Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

         - Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure efficient supply chain execution.

         - Monitor logistics to ensure on-time delivery and quality of goods.

         - Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the supply chain process.

         - Maintain accurate inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or excesses.

         - Collaborate with other departments, such as production, sales, and finance, to align operations.

         - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and logistics partners.

         - To track shipments, manage inventory, and report on KPIs.
