Requirements

• Any Graduate, Sales & Marketing diploma more preferred.

• 3+ years' experience in related filed.

• Can use computer. 

• Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skill.

• Reporting skill, interpersonal skill, leadership skill, team management

Responsibilities

• To follow up on customer feedback.

• Fix problem come into the sales Team.

• Must be able to lead team.

• If sales staff are unavailable, tele sales will be required.

• Reports received from Sales Staff must be reviewed and submitted to the higher-ups.

• If necessary, the buyer must call directly to verify.
