Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
•    Proven experience in facilities management, specifically with M&E systems.

Responsibilities

•    Supervise and maintain all M&E systems in buildings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).
•    အဆောက်အဦးများ၏ M&E စနစ်များ (HVAC, လျှပ်စစ်, ရေအပေါ်စနစ်, မီးလောင်မှုကာကွယ်မှု စသည့်) ကို ကြီးကြပ်ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
•    Coordinate and manage M&E service providers and contractors.
•    M&E ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးသူများနှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲသူများကို ဦးစီးပြီး ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံပါမည်။
•    Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
•    Preventive maintenance အစီအစဉ်များကို တည်ဆောက်၍ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ပါ။
•    Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
•    ဆိုင်ရာ ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေး စည်းကမ်းများနှင့် အစိုးရနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော စံချိန်များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ပါ။
•    Troubleshoot and resolve any M&E-related issues promptly.

•    Prepare and manage M&E budgets and ensure cost control.

•    Perform regular inspections and audits of M&E systems and equipment.

•    Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability in M&E operations.
•    M&E လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် စွမ်းအင် ထိရောက်မှုနှင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် တိုးတက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ပါ။
•    Provide technical support and training to facilities management team.
