Requirements

·       ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ ( Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Any graduate)

·       အနည်းဆုံးလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ၅ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။ (IT, Telecom; လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိလျှင်ပိုကောင်းပါသည်)

·       incoterms, shipping procedures, import procedures and customs regulations စသည့်အတွေ့အကြုံများရှိရမည်။

·       ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်၍ စိတ်ရှည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

·       Local Supplier/ Foreign Supplier များနှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်ရသည့်အတွက် English conversation level ရှိရမည်။

·       Microsoft office suite, Google applications များကျွမ်းကျင်စွားအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

·       အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်၍ ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သည့်အတွေးအခေါ်ရှိရမည်။

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate Potential suppliers, forwarders, customs agents, transport services စသည်လုပ်ငန်းများအား အသစ်အသစ်များရှာဖွေ၍ ကောင်းမွန်သော relationships ထားရှိ၍ဆက်သွယ်လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်။

2. မှာယူထားသော ပစ္စည်းများအချိန်မီရရှိစေရန် လုပ်ငန်းစဥ်အစအဆုံးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။

3. ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ၏ ဈေးကွက်ပေါက်ဈေးအားလေ့လာ၍ ဈေးနှုန်းသက်သာသော ပစ္စည်းများဝယ်ယူရရှိနိုင်ရန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

4. ပြည်တွင်းကုန်ပစ္စည်းများဝယ်ယူသည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အစအဆုံးကျွမ်းကျင်စွာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။

5. Manage the procurement of Telecom equipment, network infrastructure နှင့်ဆက်စပ်ပစ္စည်းများအား ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရန်။

6. ဝယ်ယူထားသော ပစ္စည်းများအား သတ်မှတ်အချိန် သတ်မှတ်နေရာများသို့ ပို့ဆောင်သည့်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အစအဆုံး ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။

7. suppliers များနှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်၍ ပစ္စည်းများမှာယူပြီးနောက် ပရောဂျက်လုပ်ငန်းခွင်သို့ ပို့ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း၊ ပစ္စည်းသယ်ယူသည့် လမ်းကြောင်းအား အချိန်ပြည့် follow up လုပ်ခြင်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

8. Import licence, proceed import licence application via tradenet 2.0, with customs agents for cargo clearance

 နှင့်ပက်သက်သည့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ လျှောက်ထားခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဥ်အစအဆုံးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။

9. မှာယူထားသည့်ပစ္စည်းများ ၏လမ်းကြောင်းအခြေအနေအား မျက်ခြေမပြတ်စောင့်ကြည့်လေ့လာ၍ အခက်အခဲတစ်စုံတစ်ရာဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက အချိန်မီဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်။
