Requirements

•             Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

•             Proven sales experience with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the education sector or related industry.

•             Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Suite.

•             Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

•             Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Myanmar.

•             Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

•             Positive personality with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

•             Driving student enrollment by developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies.

•             Representing the institution at various educational fairs, school visits, webinars, and recruitment events to promote academic programs

•             Actively engage with prospective students, providing detailed information on program offerings, career prospects, and unique features such as curriculum, internships, and job placement opportunities.

•             Building and maintaining relationships with high schools, educational institutions, and industry partners to create a steady pipeline of prospective students.

•             Regularly analyzing recruitment trends and adjusting strategies to meet enrollment goals and contribute to the institution's growth
